chairman, Mr.C.C.Tsai founded Giant Union at Tai-Shan, Taipei
County. Dealing the die casting mold's designing and manufacturing
with a capital of NT$20,000,000. |

1992 |
Set
up a new plant at Shu-Lin, Taipei County of land area 500m
2 and building area 1200m2 |
| May.,
|
1993 |
Moved
to Shu-Lin plant 1, invested precision machinery and equipment
so as to expand the business. |

1994 |
Increased
the capital to NT$40,000,000. |

Yung Hang Chemical Co. |

Changed
Yung Hang Chemical Co., to Yung Hang Mold Industrial Co.,
Ltd., that is Shu-Lin plant 2. with a land area 2,645m2
and building area 1,200 m2 |

In
order to meet the growing business, started to expand shu-Lin
plant 2's building to 4,000 m2 with 2-floor plant
and 3 -floor administration office building. |

Increased
the capital to NT$64,000,000. |

New
Shu-Lin plant 2 was opened. Invested a lot of automatic equipment
and software to meet the customers' need and started to develop
the off-shore business aggressively. |
